Let your guests take the flowers home, elegantly.  Instead of creating large structured or formal flower arrangements try using simple vases with a variety of cut flowers. Before your guests arrive, cut twelve lengths of a nice ribbon and hide them away. As the party is winding down hand the ribbon to the last dozen or so guests and let them depart with a small bouquet to remember the night by.
